Please note that product colours or appearance may also differ from how they appear on your screen due to the device, display settings or lighting conditions.

All product descriptions, availability and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse orders at our discretion.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Flour Girl Bakeries reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance.

We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Due to the nature of our products, especially food items, customised products, made-to-order items, cakes, gift boxes, catering items, bulk orders and private label products, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests once an order has been accepted or preparation has started.

For customised, corporate, catering, bulk or private label orders, separate lead times, confirmations, payment terms and cancellation conditions may apply.

In the event that we do not accept, amend or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to return, exchange or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates through the shipping options available at checkout.

To help protect the quality and condition of our products, deliveries are handled using chilled vans where required, especially for products that are sensitive to heat, such as chocolate, cakes, filled dates and other temperature-sensitive treats.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to order volume, delivery location, traffic, weather conditions, courier availability or circumstances outside our control. While we do our best to deliver on time and in good condition, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the correct address, contact number and any access instructions. If delivery cannot be completed because the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or because the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply.
