When will my order be delivered?

We ship across the UAE. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 1-2 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

When do I get free delivery?

You can enjoy free delivery once your order reaches a set minimum value. The amount depends on the Emirate your order is being delivered to:

  • Dubai: AED 200
  • Sharjah & Ajman: AED 300
  • Abu Dhabi: AED 500
  • Other Emirates: AED 600
Can I Return my product?

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless, in the unfortunate event, you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged or in poor condition.
If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the product, so our team can review and assist you.

Can I request something special?

Yes. For custom cakes, special flavours, decorations, dietary preferences, event orders, or larger quantities, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll let you know what’s possible and guide you from there.

Absolutely. Our products are freshly prepared daily, so they reach you at their best, with the quality, taste and care Flour Girl is known for.

Yes. Flour Girl is well known for its gluten-free range, and our gluten-free products are prepared in a dedicated gluten-free department. This area is certified for gluten-free production, giving customers added confidence that the products are handled with the right separation, care and control.
